I need Contraception Advice

If you are thinking of having sex or you are already sexually active, it is really important to think about what type of contraception you will use to stop you or your partner from getting pregnant.

The services listed here can give you contraception and advice.

All services are confidential, meaning they won’t tell anyone that you have used them, even if you are under 16.

Sometimes a nurse might need to share some information about you if they are worried that you, or someone else, is at risk of harm. They will always discuss this with you first and you can ask someone to explain the confidentiality policy if you are unsure.
